Choosing a school is one thing, but universities and colleges don’t exist in their own little bubbles. They are part of the town, city, county and state in which they’re located. You need to decide where you want to live for the duration of your studies, and the best way to get a sense of a place is to go there. However, the US is a big country and our website unfortunately doesn’t yet have the technology to let you travel through space and time to do your exploring. But our video section lets the different parts of the nation come to you!

As you may have seen on our Regional Portals page, higher education in the US is divided into 6 regions. Each region encompasses several different states, but that doesn’t mean the states in any one region are all the same! Each state has its own particular history, culture, atmosphere, sights and sounds that make it unique. So sit back, relax and let our videos take you on a trip across the country. You never know who you might see or where you might end up!
